We have acquired and developed over fifteen hundred residential units and numerous commercial units in the UK, USA, Germany, Gibraltar and Asia. We continue to manage and develop Ocean Village, a luxury mixed-use marina resort in Gibraltar which includes 315 private residences (with another 241 under construction), the world’s largest luxury 5* Superyacht hotel, two casinos, a health centre, gymnasiums, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Amongst our portfolio of F&B operations, Fairhomes introduced and continues to manage Wagamama, Pizza Express and Las Iguanas franchises in Ocean Village, Gibraltar.

In February 2017 we completed the development of World Trade Center Gibraltar, a 23,600 sqm award winning Grade A office building, which was already 98% occupied, or under offer, at the time of opening.

With this expertise we are able to seek out bulk-purchase opportunities, either with or without planning consent, direct from banks and strategic land owners. We do this with a clear vision of creating new, thriving communities that bring jobs, homes and leisure activities underpinned by our aspiration to live, work and play together.
